Shall we deal with the money?
Lets cover this right from the off as its bound to be your first question. You can expect to pay between £150 and £800 for a Matterport tour – this ranges from a small house through to a large hotel, museum or commercial space. Costs directly relate to the time spent at a property and also in ‘post production’ adding labels, highlights, and Mattertags. Used correctly these tours will provide a return on your investment – I’m happy to guide you in getting the most from your Matterport tours. I’m based in Falmouth which means my home patch is Cornwall and Devon. Outside of these counties I will need to charge fair and reasonable travel expenses.
Enjoy the tours,

Enjoy a stroll around the ground floor of the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth, Cornwall. This was an epic project and really pushed the boundaries of both me and the camera! Take a sneaky look into the controversial Tattoo exhibition.
A beautifully restored and immaculately presented holiday home located in Mullion, Cornwall.
The ultimate way to prepare children and parents’ ready for a new school? For this project I set the camera height to that of an average 8 year old to try and convey a child’s perspective of a space.
Even in the middle of winter I managed to find enough sunshine to showcase this great holiday lodge.
Do you like the sound of having your own wood-fired hot tub, outdoor bath, beach garden, art-inspired accommodation and direct access to a Cornish beach? If the answer is yes then take a look around The Dunes.
Grown-up, tasteful, peaceful and luxurious. Four reasons why the Blue Hayes Private Hotel in St Ives is nearly always occupied by returning guests.
It isn’t very often that you are granted access to fully explore a part-restored Grade II listed property like this one. Another massive project but well worth the effort to capture this beautiful property with much of the original fabric of the building exposed. A rare treat!
Another super holiday home listed by Cornish Cottages. This five bedroom coastal retreat offers an amazingly generous amount of living space… complete with games room.
A superbly finished barn conversion. Captured on a stunning day here in Cornwall.
The Estate Agents listing this property were struggling to convey its unique proportions using traditional methods. Matterport was, naturally, the answer!
